The water seepage and Red bricks absorb water easily, therefore, it causes fluorescence when not exposed to air which diorite the life of a building structure and increases maintenance and repair cost.  Frequent whitewashing and plastering is required with waterproofing solutions in red bricks no such problems are faced in Clavecon Blocks.

1. Weather Proof Structures

Due to its synthetic nature, AAC does not decay and deteriorate. It is also not prone to natural disasters like earthquakes. The multiple compact air pockets cushion the structure from major force and prevents collapse which over time is bound to happen for conventional buildings. This makes AAC effectively impervious to heavy rains, extremely low temperatures and salty air.
